At echo/neutra, we stand by the quality of our timepieces and offer a 14-day return period for all items in their original, unworn condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a seamless process for returns and size exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the watch in its original echo/neutra packaging, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Studio

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our watchmakers verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
